Wait! There's More!

Not all hope is lost for those of you who may think they've completed everything in the game. I was beginning to worry when I reached level 50 and had no quests to complete. But have no fear, Zynga did another update! Not only did they add more quests (yay!) but they also added more heroes (double yay!). Absolutely awesome, right? Now we have Clover, the yellow unicorn with green hair (compliments of St. Patrick's day) and Willow, the rainbow unicorn. If you're anything like me, you're totally psyched right now! There's nothing better than having some new additions. On a side note, these heroes do cost pearls. Sorry to bust your bubble but nothing is free :( Hopefully you've all continued to fulfill Liang the Dragon Merchant's orders, regardless if you have all of the dragons already because it is now obvious that you'll need the pearls! If you already have the pearls, congrats! If you don't, then good luck!

Ahoy Mateys! Let's trade!

First off, I absolutely love sea trading! It's one of the coolest aspects of Castleville Legends. Who doesn't like the ability to sell, buy, and trade with other people in sea trading? Not only can I make money but I can find what I need to complete quests and fulfill the orders for Glurb and Liang. Many players may not know this but the sea trading marketplace changes about every 10 minutes, give or take on the seconds. Yes, I know this because I've timed it multiple times! Secondly, the items that you can see in the sea trading marketplace may not be the same as your fellow alliance members or friends. Keep this is mind when you're helping a friend find things. Finally, there are only THREE slots on everyone's ships! People have asked about opening up more slots to sell things because they've seen other ships that have more than three slots. I know, I've seen it with my own eyes. It can only be explained as a glitch or a bug in the game. So no worries, you're not missing out on extra space although it would be nice if they did expand it. After all, there is enough room for six! *wink wink* Zygna...  :)

Zynga Support Rocks!

Ok, so whenever you feel the need to contact support for anything whether it is to fix a billing issue or for technical support, I know you cringe because that's what I do. I think "great, I've always wanted to chat with a computer" not! Well, have no fear because Zynga has real, live people in their support centers! I was having an issue with the game so I decided to chat with customer support about it, in hopes that they could resolve it. Jose P. was my agent and I'm glad for that. He was able to solve my issue with no problem and things worked out great. I have to tell you that Zynga support is one of the greatest I've dealt with. There may be some issues with certain things in the game like crowns not being received and what not but once they know, they'll do what it takes to help you and quickly! I've noticed that a lot of people voice their concerns/complaints on Castleville Legend's Facebook page and on their player support webpage but there is a low chance that your problems will be addressed. If you need assistance, send them as email! You'll be surprised at how quickly they respond.

Alliance Follow-up - Hooray for The Blissful Ones!

So I did it! I finally left my alliance to create my new one. I have to tell you, it was one of the scariest things I've had to do when it comes to this game. You could say I gained a lot of security from the people I became closest with. Now, I kind of feel lost without them but they'll join eventually when things pick up which brings me to my next thing. I need members! I don't care what level you are, if you're helpful, come right in! That's really all it's about. If you like to chat about the game, well that's a plus too. If you're truly interested in joining my alliance, the name is The Blissful Ones! Hurry and join while you still can because once we hit the 50 mark, you're stuck. Good luck! :)

Alliances: Come One, Come All!

In the game, one of the most important parts is the alliance. I don't care what anyone says, you need a team to be successful on this game. Without an alliance, you're either stuck doing everything yourself, which at times can be impossible, or you lose out on the opportunity to make friends. I've made friends in my alliance (you know who you are) and I admit, they are pretty cool people. Had I not joined the alliance, I wouldn't have their friendship or their help. But something occurred to me a few weeks ago. Usually alliances can have up to 50 people; mine has 49. Of those 49 people, only 10 at most, help each other out. As for the other 39, they're kind of just hanging out. But to be honest, I don't want people who just hang out. I want people who are there for one another when tasks cannot be completed alone. I want people who are serious about the game. After all, what is a team for if people aren't there to help? For some people, this is just a game but for many others, it's a life style. So I've come to the conclusion that I'm going to create my own alliance! One where individuals will help each other or they're out, simple right? I think so. I haven't thought about a name yet but when I do, I'll be sure to post it here so that those of you who actively participate can join! If you don't want to, no biggie, there are tons of alliances waiting for members that can be easily found on the Castleville Legends Facebook page and forum!  Just check the links below!

This is my fav, what's yours?

I've been playing this game for months and have found that I'm playing favorites with some of the special rare items like spellbound orchids and spirit mushrooms. When I see them being sold in sea trading, I get them no matter what. Who knows when I'm going to need to make 10 perfumes or gloves for Liang. Better to stock up than run short, don't you think? There are other special items, some of which I haven't been exposed to yet, that others may prefer. I'm curious about what else is out there. Anyone have any favorites?

Nice to see you Flo!

Upon logging into my game last night, I found Flo, yes Flo from Progressive Auto Insurance, hanging out by my castle entrance. The envelope on the left side stated that Flo is here with some quests to help get a topiary! How cool is that?? I'm still working on it myself and haven't gotten too far but I'm sure others have especially those who avidly use crowns! If you have any tips on how to complete these quests faster or if you want to give us a head's up on what to expect, let us know!   :)
